This marks the fifth annual AK diversity event. This year Blanco brings the perfect combination of world renowned performers to the stage. Artists from different parts of the world get together to perform and celebrate music, culture, and diversity in Alaska. This event helps bring artists and communities together raising awareness of the need for intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and reinforce community cooperation and communication. Blanco helping to create an avenue that can potentially and significantly bridge the cultural gap in communities domestic and abroad with music. The need to better understand other cultures has inspired this special event to continue yet another year. The artists and their passion help create a team of ambassadors that promote the true value of music and its art in a diverse arena.
